Welcome to our new STTAC director, Laura Sklba. Laura has spent her career in human services as program director for developmentally disabled adults, mentally ill youth, sexually trafficked women, and at risk teens in Chemung, Steuben, and Tompkins counties. We look forward to working with Laura to further our goal of helping to create healthier communities where we live, work, and play.
